Guidelines for Cab Partners

Keep Atmosphere Sanitized

• Proper sanitization of the cab should be done. It should include everything from interior to the exterior before the commencement of the trip.
• High-frequency touchpoints like door handles, front & back seats, Ac vents, etc should be sanitized frequently and after every trip.
• Safety leaflet should be available for the customers
• Number of riders in a cab should be maintained as recommended by the Government
• Hand Sanitizers and tissues should be available for the customers
• Social distancing is to be maintained with the customers while entering, exiting, and during the ride.
• Drivers are to show the last cab cleaning record to the customers when asked.
• Customers showing any Coronavirus symptom may be denied entrance and will be suggested to take immediate medical precautions and report to near medical facility.
• Drivers are recommended to follow respiratory etiquette and all safety standards like wearing masks and gloves, follow social distancing, and avoid touching the eyes, nose, and mouth.
• Drivers are to clean their hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizers after every trip.
• Drivers are to sanitize their hands after exchanging money and credit cards with customers.

Avoid Red Zones

• Drivers are not allowed to take breaks in high alert or red zone areas.
• Drivers are to adhere to all the guidelines issued by Govt. of India while plying in selected permitted zones
• Drivers are to apply for e-pass to ply between two states, cities, or any territory
